ohoh.. yesterday i had attend my RHQ 4 all leaders meeting and there was a sharing by Carol Yoon, Vice WD Region Chief who had went to join in this Kenshukai held in Tokyo and Osaka from 2nd to 8th March 2009...hehe.. i got her to send me her sharing of the guidance that she got and I shall post some of the sharing of the guidance here..

From SGI, Vice WD Chief, Mrs.Tajika.
She said to the WD: Leaders must make an effort to study, only with deep understanding of the Gosho, we then can guide our members in correct faith. We leader must become capable in giving guidance. It is a wrong way to think that Sensei is great and we are not. Sensei is always chanting for his disciple to draw us nearer to him so that we are able to feel him. As Sensei disciple, we must also chant to understand our mentor heart and meet his expectation.

From SGI, WD chief, Mrs.Asano.
- Since Sensei took the lead; kosen rufu has spread far and wide. Sensei always pays attention to every single little thing on each and everyone of his disciple.
Sensei, newly wrote a poem presented to us, the Soka Mother of Kosen Rufu.
It is so encouraging!! It will soon be released out and I encourage all WD to make sure you share it with our members.

He shared with them sensei guidance’s:

“When great evil appears great good follows”

We are living this age, with indomitable spirit, stand up, and never give up the spirit to overcome this storm of ‘crises. Never give in to defeat, in time of crisis is an opportunity for us to grow. Empower our fellow human being – assuring positive transformation by chanting daimoku together. Nothing is insurmountable for us, we can overcome whatever problems, illness, financial or others. We must set our prayers, we must be confidents, we have the power of faith, we have the Gohonzon, we have Sensei, we must continue to encourage and chant together to open up the horizon.

From Sensei:
The Heart is the most important of all, we must base on Mentor and Disciple spirit, we must draw the compassion, hope, courage, happiness and victory. Never become people who betray the organization and destroy the unity. Leaders must not be arrogant or cunning or else members will suffer.
